Meatballs in honey and cream sauce

I served them with a simple salad that from the point of view of nutrition is the most successful combination. You can, I think, eat meatballs and with different cereals and even pasta.
For the preparation you will need:

- 500 g of ground beef
- 2-3 medium onions

- 150 grams of white bread
- 150 ml of buttermilk or sour milk
- 1 egg
- 100 g of a 33% fat cream
- 1 tablespoon honey
- White pepper, salt to taste
- 20 ml of sunflower oil

Cooking time: about an hour. Difficulty: Minimal.
White bread is best to use yesterday. His cut into large pieces, pour yogurt, give completely soften.
Onions cut into cubes, fry in a pan ship until golden brown. I roasted onions usually only in fish patties, but in this recipe also decided to use it. I can say that the taste of this change significantly for the better.

Fry them in a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.

To fill the cream diluted with water, add water, honey. Add a little salt, pepper. Completely dissolve the honey and pour this sauce meatballs.
Bring to a boil, diminish the heat to low, simmer about 20 minutes. Serve with vegetables or any other garnish as desired.
