Meat with onion Pockets

I like to cook recipes that there is an effect of surprise. Maybe it's because I myself like to make surprises? I like to surprise and delight your family and guests.
That's why I try each time to invent different recipes to experiment and add to the traditional recipes of their own flavor and personality.
Today's dish is one of those "with a surprise." Meat with onion "Pockets" - a delicious, hearty dish for the holiday table, such as for the Easter feast.
But let fewer words and more practical tips on cooking.

3 servings of food we need the following products:
3 large pieces of pork
6 bulbs
100-150 grams of fresh mushrooms
6 tablespoons unsweetened yogurt
Salt, ground black pepper
Spices to meat
Vegetable roast
A little flour

Meat is better to take the same as for chops. But the fit is also another (although it will need to bake a little longer - until cooked).
We cut the meat into three large pieces across the grain.
Small bulbs purify and cut into large rings (each 3-4 parts).
In a pan and warm up the oil until golden brown fry both sides of the bow so as to keep the slices in the rings.
Mushrooms (I have mushrooms) cut into cubes, fry on vegetable oil in which we fried onions. Mushrooms salt to taste.
In each of the three pieces of meat do inside the incision - pocket. Meat salt, pepper and sprinkle with your favorite spices for meat.
Inside pocket add up onion rings and mushrooms.
pocket close so as not to break the meat. Fasten the ends of the pocket a few toothpicks.
Closed pockets dipped in flour on both sides.
Meat fry in vegetable oil at the maximum heat from both sides for a few minutes. Meat should grab a little empty inside redden and juice for further processing.
Add up the pieces of meat in the pan, pour yogurt and sprinkle with spices. Meat send it in the oven to bake for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 110-120 degrees.
Cooked meat should cool down a bit so as not to fall apart when cut into pieces.
Warm slices of meat and sprinkle with herbs and serve to entertain their families, friends and loved ones. The meat can be cooked sauce or ketchup file. A good addition to this meat dish is easy vegetable salad.
