Lemon marmalade at home

Remember, I told one of their topics in the culinary section, I refuse to buy sweets at the store. One of the reasons for my decision - terrible quality of purchased product. Sweets to be enjoyed!

Today we will prepare the lemon marmalade. Please look at the first photo of chocolates. You see, what their beautiful yellow color? I did not use a single drop of dye! All the most natural, so I recommend these sweets to give even children.

To prepare the lemon marmalade at home need the following products:
- 120 ml of water
- 400 g of sugar
- 1 packet of gelatin
- 60 ml of cold boiled water
- 180 ml lemon juice (3-4 lemons)
- A few spoonfuls of sugar for decoration

Take three large lemon. Remove peel and dry (it will be needed for the preparation of other sweets , which I will explain in the next topic).
Gelatin pour 60 ml of cold boiled water and leave it to soak (5-10 minutes).
400 g of sugar and 120 ml water were mixed
and send the fire. Bring to a boil and boil down a bit.
Syrup remove from heat and add gelatin to it.
Pour lemon juice, which is filtered through a sieve. Flavored liquid that will soon be marmalade, stir and pour into the mold.
Cover with a lid and send the form in the refrigerator (or any other cool place) for 2 hours.
Ready marmalade cut into cubes
which are dipped in sugar from all sides.
Treated to fragrant home-made marmalade and treat them relatives. Here it is - the pleasure of sweets! Here it is - a beautiful natural color without dye candy! Bon Appetite!
