Another birthday in our family, and another request - to bake your favorite cake with cream of semolina. Nothing I can do about it with your family, a lot of things to bake, but always a favorite treat addiction remains.
And every time I do the same boring and not interesting, and I constantly am making some innovations.






Ingredients for cakes: 300 g butter, Article 1.5. flour, 1 tbsp. sand, 3 eggs, 3 tbsp. cocoa spoons 1 h. l. soda, quenched with lemon juice; 1 pack. chocolate, sugar pencils.

Cream №1: 2 tbsp. milk, 1 tbsp. sugar, 4 tbsp. l. of semolina, 300 grams of butter, 1.5 hr. l. lemon peel, 1 ch. l. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. l. chopped peanuts 2 tbsp. l. chocolate drops.

Cream №2: 200 g butter, 0.5 cans of condensed milk, juice of beets and spinach or food coloring.


In the preparation of the test did not tricky, first dissolve the butter in the microwave or in a water bath, mix with sugar.
Add the eggs, continuing to mix, so that the mass was homogeneous.
Extinguish soda with lemon juice, add a weight mix, Then add the cocoa.
The last ingredient - flour, the dough should be liquid.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces and bake two cakes in turn split or silicone molds.
While the cakes are baked, cooked cream. For this'll make a thick porridge of semolina and milk, without salt and sugar.

Beat butter with sugar.
In chilled semolina add grated lemon zest and lemon juice, mix well.
