Eggplant in Batter

- 1 egg

Eggplant slices dipped in batter and fry in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil on both sides until cooked (golden brown).
Ready eggplant tempura decorate with parsley and sprinkle with crumbs walnuts. You can add a nut crumb garlic, but it is optional (if you kiss that day will not be).
