Hello dear friends in this very beautiful and rainy day I want to share with you this delicious recipe:

For the preparation of our dishes we have:

2 tsp baking powder (or 1 tsp slaked soda)
150-200 g of flour

For the cream:
400 g of cream (15-20%)

Milk boil.

Step 5 Add the flour and baking powder, knead the dough is not thick.

Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
To verify that the cake is ready or not, it should be pierced with a toothpick (or match), if it is dry - the cake is ready.

Step 7 Prepare the cream.
To do this, whip the cream with the sugar until the disappearance of grains.
Step 8 From the cake to put the cream, smooth.
Step 9 Cover with second Korzh, oil cream.
Step 10 Ready to decorate the cake to taste.

Put the cake in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours, so it is well soaked.
