Hello dear friends, today we have a summer dessert all the advice! For the preparation we need:

cake:
2 eggs
Butter 100 g
Sugar 120 g
20g cocoa
100 g flour
2 tsp baking powder



filling:
300 ml cream 33-35%
100 g of powdered sugar (or sugar)
50 g almonds
250 g cherry
50 g of chocolate (dark or milk)

Preparing the dough.
Combine flour, baking powder and cocoa.
Step 2 Add the oil and mix.
Step 3 Add the sugar and mix.
Step 4 Beat eggs.
Step 5 Add the eggs to the dough, mix gently.
Step 6 Baking (I used baking sheet size 30 × 35 cm) or lay a greased baking paper.
Put the dough, smooth.
Step 7 Place in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Ready cake cool.
Step 8 From the cake cut a circle, using a stencil bowl capacity of about 1.2 liters.
Step 9 circle clean side.
Step 10 lay a bowl with cling film.
Step 11 From the remaining cake cut triangles, put them in a bowl, repeating its shape.
Step 12: Prepare cream.
Nuts chop.
Step 13 finely chopped chocolate.
Step 14 Whip cream with powdered sugar.
Step 15 Add nuts and mix.
Step 16 Add the chocolate and mix.
Step 17 Add the cherries.
Step 18 Mix.
Step 19 Put the cream in a bowl with Korzh.
Step 20 Cover cut a circle.
Put into the fridge (not freezer) for 6-8 hours.
Step 21 Before serving to turn on a dish, decorate as desired.
