Pie with meat and cheese

Love for pies and other baked goods, it seems, is communicated to us by inheritance. What a feast in Russia do without them? Call for pies meant to invite to a birthday party. Here and in our family summer bake cakes with fruits and berries, and winter - with meat, liver and fish.
I want to cook with you puff pastry pie with meat and cheese. The process of cooking is not complicated and takes a little time (about an hour).




For this we need:
500g puff pastry
300 grams of minced meat
300 grams of cheese (hard type 200 Russian, 100 cheese)
1 egg
1 onion


I use store bought dough without yeast, because homemade puff pastry - the process is not simple and time-consuming. We get the dough from the freezer, and until it is thawed, cook the stuffing.
Finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan in hot oil.
Add the minced meat, fry it until it is ready. I minced pork, you can use almost any (chicken turns more tender).
Rub on a coarse grater cheese. Proportion of cheese and cheese can be changed.
Combine stuffing with grated cheese and egg. Solite gently, given that the cheese already contains a salt. Mix, filling is ready.
Now roll out the dough plate, spread in shape, make bumpers.
