Golden chicken in panko breadcrumbs

I just love the pieces of tender chicken cooked in different breading. Until recently, my favorite was a recipe for chicken in sesame . But just the other day I discovered another recipe in this series. Its privileged unlike many others that are not fried fillets and baked.
For breading in this case used panko crumbs and grated parmesan cheese. As a result, the dish looks spectacular, and pleases his crisp.
Panko - is a type of bread crumbs, traditionally used in Japanese cuisine. They differ from our usual crackers that are more like a panko flakes.
They are made from white bread without crust, produced larger in size and very airy.

For golden chicken pieces on the amount of 4-5 persons need the following ingredients:
chicken fillet - 0,5 kg
egg - 1 pc.
water - 2 tbsp
flour - 4 tablespoons
salt and ground black pepper - to taste
panko crumbs - 40 g
Parmesan - about 100 g
olive oil - 3 tbsp

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. So they will get tastier and propekutsya better. Also, it is desirable to dry the cut pieces on a paper towel.
Mix the flour with salt and black pepper.
Egg connect with a couple of tablespoons of cold water.
Rusk sprinkled with olive oil.
Combine punk with finely grated parmesan and stir gently.
Each piece collapses in flour, dip in egg and bread crumble in the mixture. Lay out all the pieces in a baking dish, greased with vegetable oil.
Chicken Bake in oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, flip the pieces and send in the oven for another 5-7 minutes. Since the crust is golden brown more evenly.
Fillets are very lush! I started to try once, and frankly, looked up from eating difficult. After all, it will be necessary to feed even their home :)
