In continuation of recipes for Multivarki want to talk about how you can cook dinner for 20-25 minutes, which is not only wholesome, but also useful. So if you want something unusual from the usual products, pay attention to this recipe.
Meat lately I often choose the chicken, sometimes beef. For a side dish, I chose buckwheat porridge, which in our family are very fond of. And we especially love when it is not dry, but much fall apart. Added butter - yummy and ready.
But from the chicken, I decided to make rolls, which are now often present in our menu. The peculiarity of my rolls that I basically do not use a drop of spices, just a little salt and a "mat" of greenery. They have to be steamed. If it is not fresh, you can take frozen, which I have in bulk.
For the preparation of the dinner do not need any special culinary skills and abilities, all very, very simple. And the ingredients are quite common and accessible to everyone. A time will be minimum, because preparing meat and garnish will simultaneously.

Ingredients:

Buckwheat - 300 g
Chicken fillet - 500 g (4 pcs.)
Water - 1 liter
Butter - 50 g
Tomato sauce or ketchup
Dill
Parsley
Salt

Method of preparation:



- To prepare all the necessary ingredients: wash buckwheat, defrost fillet, if you want (but the best course to take fresh)
- Pour water buckwheat, a little salt and put in a bowl multivarku, turn on the "Steamer" for 20 minutes
- Until the water begins to boil, fillets cut in half lengthwise or into three parts, beat the fillets do not need too thinly slice is not worth
- Fillets lightly with salt and put on a layer of dill
- Then a layer of parsley (greens do not regret, the more the more delicious)
- Hide fillet rolls and chop off their toothpick (try to do it carefully so as greens remained inside)
- Put the rolls in a container for cooking for a couple, close the lid and wait until Multivarki sound signal the end of the process
- Add the butter and stir in buckwheat
Close the lid and give authentic five minutes. Put on a plate buckwheat, rolls, I love it all to sauce and you can still cut a couple of slices tomatoes. Chicken rolls someone may seem rather dry, but I like them so contrary - nothing more. Dill and parsley gives the meat an excellent flavor.
And do not look that rolls out not so much, they are very nutritious, especially when combined with buckwheat.
