Chicken with mushrooms and nuts in a creamy sauce

Now, it's time for a recipe that I have long wanted to share with you ... The fact that this dish is very "profitable" in all senses of the word: it is a low-cost over time, so it includes fast food ingredients such as chicken and mushrooms; it is not expensive in financial terms; ingredients available, because they can be found in any store, and finally, most importantly, in my opinion - the sauce is very tasty and you can use it as a sauce to any garnish.





Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 500-600 g
Mushrooms - 300 g
Onions - 2 pcs.
Milk - 300 ml
15-20% cream - 200 ml
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp
Walnuts - 30 g
Spices: salt, black pepper, turmeric
Greens to decorate


Onions clean, chop and fry until golden brown on medium heat.
Chicken fillet wash, wet paper towel, cut off all unnecessary, cut into cubes 2x2 cm, and send it to the onions in the pan.
Meat with salt and pepper, add a pinch of turmeric, mix well and simmer covered until whitening.
Mushrooms clean (many simply wash), chop and add to the meat and onions. Mushrooms simmer, covered for 5-7 minutes. until soft.
Add the flour, mix it thoroughly to evenly distribute the flour to the pan.
Pour the milk, stir and simmer for 10-15 minutes. It is important from this point, often stirring paddle dish as milk powder may be burnt. Following pour the cream, stir and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
Nuts are cleaned from the shell, lightly fried and possibly remove the husk.
Finely ADVANCED blender or knife. Best of all, add nuts at the end, so that they did not let the bitterness of the sauce, especially if you do poorly cleaned.
This dish can be done without nuts, it's not for everybody, but how many times he appeared before the guests, all unanimously liked them.
If you have any sauce, finely you can rub a small carrot, lightly browned it in a pan. Add to our gravy 100-150 ml of milk and roasted carrots. All stew for 5 minutes. and sauce to garnish ready.
