Chicken rolls with cheese and mushrooms

Rolled chicken breasts stuffed with mushrooms and cheese, definitely please all family members.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast fillet 3 pcs.
Mushrooms 400g
Salt, pepper, spices to taste.
Hard cheese 150 g
Vegetable oil for frying

In the stuffing can also add peppers, carrots or something else in its sole discretion.

Method of preparation:


Step 1
Prepare meat rolls.
Rinse chicken breasts, cut lengthwise and lightly beat off. You can add salt and pepper (I salted breast when they have already been rolled into rolls).
Step 2
Rinse the mushrooms. If you wish, you can clean them. Cut into small cubes and plates.
Step 3
Peel the onions and finely chop.
Step 4
Vegetable oil to fry until the onion and mushrooms until soft.

Fried mushrooms with onions pour into a bowl and mix with grated cheese.
Step 7
