The other day, I realized that almost all of the options become boring cooking chicken and want something special, and that's had the idea to cook the chicken in sweet and sour sauce.
It was very tasty, but I changed the recipe a bit to your liking. From this it follows that there can add almost any product that combines chicken. By the way, it was not necessary to add any spices such as salt and pepper, taste, and without that produce vivid.
Experiment and the result will surprise you!

Ingredients

Chicken meat (in my case the breast) 500 g
Sweet pepper (I used green) 2 pcs.
Carrot 1 pc.
Canned pineapple 1 can (and very useful syrup)
Wheat flour 1-2 tbsp. spoons
2-3 tbsp potato starch. spoons
Tomato paste or ketchup 2 tbsp. spoons
Soy sauce
Mushrooms (I used mushrooms)
Dried tomatoes
Vegetable fat


Method of preparation

Chicken wash, dry paper towel and cut into cubes or strips.
Sliced ​​meat to put in a bowl and pour the soy sauce. Put in the cold for two hours.
Take the chicken out of the fridge, add to it the flour and the starch, it is necessary to batter.
Fry the meat until golden brown in vegetable oil.
Ready to put a chicken in a bowl to glass excess oil.
Next, you need to cook the sauce.
All vegetables are washed and cut into pieces. First thing is to lightly fry in vegetable oil pepper.
Add carrots, mushrooms, dried tomatoes and pineapple, fry are still a couple of minutes.
Pour half a cup of vegetables to the pineapple syrup.
To the sauce add the tomato paste, the remains of starch and bring to a boil.
In the prepared sauce add chicken, all thoroughly and simmer for a few more minutes to the severity of dishes you can add hot peppers.
Chicken in sweet and sour sauce is ready! On a side dish can be boiled rice
