Today I made my boys next beautiful dish - rolls Roses. Several times tried to prepare them pink color, adding to the dough boiled beets, but the best they can be obtained from the classical dough.
Yeast dough recipe very much. Only I can find about a hundred of these. About 50 recipes I tried, some of them I have already shared with you, and the rest are waiting in the sidereal time.
It seems to me that many of you, even if you do not know how the stove, have learned to do it, since I try to tell as much as possible about all the intricacies of working with dough.
I'd like you all to treat cakes, biscuits and bread, which are obtained very tasty, but it is not possible, we can only share recipes, so that you can repeat it in your kitchen.

To prepare the rolls roses need the following products:
- 1 cup of warm water
- 0.5 cups of serum
- 1.5 tsp dry yeast
- 2 eggs
- 4 SL butter
- 6 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp brandy
- A little more than 5 cups flour
- Powder for sprinkling buns
- 5-6 tbsp butter for greasing dough
- 5-6 tbsp sugar for sprinkling dough

Mix the flour with warm water, dry whey and yeast.
Add the eggs,
salt
sugar and
vanilla sugar (it is better to use natural vanilla).
Add the soft butter (margarine can be replaced, but I do not recommend).
Cognac add to the buns were soft for several days.
Knead a soft dough, which will be good to keep up with the hands (kneading about 20 minutes).
We reserve the dough to come twice in a warm place.
Roll out the dough is less than 0.5 cm thick and cut into strips.
On strips makes an incision, grease them with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
