I really like the easy to prepare, but very light, delicate apple cream. It is possible to eat as dessert, and can be used for sandwiching cakes.
To prepare the cream is better to use sour-sweet apples.

For the preparation of apple cream we need:

3-4 apples
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tbsp. Spoon sour cream 30%
1 tbsp. spoon of powdered sugar
cherry jam, cream - for decoration.

My apples, peeled, remove seeds, cut into small pieces.
We put in a saucepan, add sugar, set on fire. Simmer until apples are not seethe. Alternatively, you can bake the apples in the oven.
Give cool. Wipe applesauce through a sieve.
Add powdered sugar to cream. Whisk well.
It remains to combine a lot of apple and sour cream.
If you are going to use a cream to lubricate cakes, add whipped butter.
Another option apple cream: add beaten egg white, gelatin and whipped cream.
The resulting mass of sour cream apple mix well.
Spread on kremanki. I got two servings. Decorate with whipped cream and cherry jam.
