Oat pancakes with banana

For  Prepare we need :

 large bananas
150 grams of oatmeal (not instant cooking)
50 g of whole wheat flour
100g natural yoghurt
1 egg
2 tbsp. l. olive oil "extra virgin"
1.5 h. L. baking powder
1 hr. L. ground cinnamon
pinch of salt

1) Boil the oatmeal in a boiling water 1 cup 2-5 minutes. Remove from heat, add the butter, stir and allow to cool for 20 minutes.
2) Banana peel and mash into a puree. Stir until smooth yogurt. Add the mashed banana in oatmeal, mix thoroughly. Add the egg and mix again.
3) Sift in a bowl of flour with baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add the milk and oatmeal mixture and quickly knead the dough.
4) serving spoon lay out the dough on a dry heated pan with non-stick coating and fry for 2 minutes. Turn to the other side and cook for another 1 minute. Serve the pancakes hot or warm.
