Potato Croquettes

If you love to cook and surprise their loved variety of feeding and preparation long familiar dishes, then I think you will appreciate this recipe.
We are talking about potatoes. No wonder it is called the second bread - it is delicious, useful and a must for normal body function.
Number of recipes potato is huge. It boiled, fried, stewed, it goes well with fish, meat, vegetable dishes.
So I want to offer you a non-trivial variant supply of potatoes.
Potato croquettes - a delicious side dish or appetizer celebratory feast. Even if croquettes warm up, they are very tasty.

So, for making potato croquettes we need:

500 grams of potatoes
1 onion
3 eggs
breadcrumbs
3 tbsp. tablespoons flour
vegetable fat
salt and pepper


Potatoes clean, boil until tender. Do not forget to salt the water.
Peeled and finely chopped onions, fried in vegetable oil.
Boiled potatoes  carefully not to leave lumps.
Trying to drive 2 eggs.
Add the fried onions and a little flour. All mix well.
Prepare three bowls of flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan or deep fryer use, if any. Potato mixture has cooled down, now form the croquettes. I molded balls. We spread the croquettes on the board.
Now crumble them first in flour.
Then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until well cooked. If the fire is weak, croquettes absorb a lot of oil.
Ready croquettes spread on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
That's all our croquettes are ready!
