For Prepare you need:

cocoa powder 1 teaspoon
25 g of whey protein
1 package gelatin
100 g of strawberry
bananas 1 piece
fresh figs 1 piece
low-fat cottage cheese 100g
sweetener stevia 3 g
vanilla essence ½ teaspoon
low-fat yogurt 200g


Dissolve gelatin in water according to the instructions on the package.

In a blender mix the cottage cheese, yogurt, cocoa powder, protein (I used vanilla, vanilla so I did not add further), stevia powder and vanilla.

Add dissolved gelatin (gelatin strain if it contains lumps) into the mixture and whisk again.
