Beef tenderloin stew with Prune

Hello I am today very famous dishes but I'm doing it on a different and would like to share with you my method:

For the preparation we need:

1 kg of beef
pitted prunes 500 g
white onion 2 pieces.
Carrot 2 pcs.
bay leaves 2 pcs.
1 pinch of salt
freshly ground pepper 1 pinch mixture

Paprika red powder 1 tbsp. l.
ground ginger 1 hour. L.

Tenderloin wash, cut into pieces a la carte.
Onions and carrots cut wash and fry over low heat in a separate pan.
Prunes rinse well with warm water.

On a hot skillet fry our meat. When the liquid begins to evaporate, add salt, all spices and fried onions and carrots. Add bay leaf and of course our whole prunes.

We cover it all a little boiling water and simmer and 1.5 hours. Meat should have a very mild, sweet prunes give the dish.

Garnish with meat with prunes I did Camolino Fig. With mashed potatoes, meat is also very well combined.
