Every year the notebook becomes thicker, it added new culinary goodies for any occasion. Some dishes were only a few times, but that is no reason to delete them from the notebook cookbook.
So this cake with walnuts I cooked a few times, although nut pastries I love. Sweet recipes I have too many gathered to prepare them constantly without fear waist part with, though not a wasp.
To prepare the cake with walnuts, you will need the following products:
- 3 eggs
- 0.5 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp cucumber brine
- 1 cup sour cream
- 0.5 cups of boiled condensed milk
- 0.5 cups walnut crumbs
- Flour (1.5-2 cups)
For the sour cream:
- 0.5 cups of sour cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 kiwi
For the top layer:
- 0.5 cups of boiled condensed milk
- 0.5 cups of peanuts
To decorate:
- Kiwi
The test starts to cook with, whisk the eggs with the sugar until lush ridges.
In the egg mass add baking soda,
brine
and condensed milk.
Add the sour cream and mix high fat mass.
Add the crushed walnut (Greek nuts ground in a mortar).
After adding the flour should have plastic watery dough, which is poured onto a baking sheet, pre-lubricated with vegetable oil (I use also with baking paper).
Cake bake at 180 degrees until done (check the wooden skewer).
Whisk the sour cream with the sugar until lush state.
In the sour cream add kiwi, chopped into pieces.
Ready cake cut into two parts. The first layer of grease sour cream.
We spread on top of the second cake, which lubricates the condensed milk.
Peanut turned into crumbs. I use this for mortar, but can be ground using a harvester or grinder.
Ready cake must soak for several hours in a cool place (but not refrigerator!).
Serve the cake with walnuts and garnish with kiwi.
